Mr. Gentleman Santorini is an independent, privately operated companionship and lifestyle service operating legally under Greek law. The service is provided by a single private individual operating across Santorini, Crete, Athens, and the wider Aegean Islands.

All services are provided directly and personally. There is no agency, intermediary, or third party involved in the delivery of any experience.

2. Eligibility

Access to this website and participation in any service is strictly limited to:

• Individuals aged 18 years or older
• Individuals for whom access to adult lifestyle services is legal in their country or region of residence
• Individuals acting on their own behalf and of their own free will

3. Nature of Services

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are indicative starting prices in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing for any arrangement is agreed privately between the parties prior to confirmation.

The following general pricing principles apply:

• All experience fees are payable as agreed between the parties
• Expenses including restaurants, bars, hotels, yachts, wellness venues, and transportation are the client's responsibility and are separate from the experience fee unless explicitly agreed otherwise
• Travel costs within Santorini and the Cyclades are generally included; inter-island travel may carry an additional fee
• The minimum engagement duration across all services is half a day (approximately 4–5 hours)

6. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• More than 72 hours before the arrangement: Full cancellation without charge.
• 24–72 hours before the arrangement: 50% of the agreed fee may be retained as a cancellation charge.
• Less than 24 hours before the arrangement: The full agreed fee may be retained.
• No-show without prior notice: The full agreed fee is payable.

Cancellations by the service provider due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated as promptly as possible, with no charge to the client and every reasonable effort made to reschedule.

7. Conduct and Mutual Respect

All interactions between the client and the service provider are based on mutual respect, explicit consent, and clear communication. The following applies to all arrangements:

• All activities must be consensual at all times; either party may withdraw consent at any point without penalty
• Physical or verbal abuse, coercion, or any form of threatening behaviour will result in immediate termination of the arrangement without refund
• The service provider reserves the right to end any arrangement immediately if the client's conduct is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or incompatible with the agreed terms
• Clients are expected to arrive in a sober or near-sober state; the service provider reserves the right to decline to proceed if this is not the case

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain complete confidentiality regarding the existence, nature, and details of any arrangement. Specifically:

• The service provider will never discuss, disclose, or share any information about clients with any third party
• Clients agree not to publicly disclose, review, or discuss the specific nature of any arrangement on social media, review platforms, or any other public forum
• Photography or filming during any arrangement requires explicit prior consent from the service provider; all content created belongs to the client and will not be retained or shared by the service provider

9. Health and Safety

The health and safety of all parties is a priority. The service provider maintains personal health responsibility. Clients are equally responsible for their own health and for disclosing any relevant health information that may affect the safety of either party.

The service provider reserves the right to require or suggest health precautions where appropriate, and to decline or modify any arrangement on health grounds.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Greek law:

• The service provider accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of this website or participation in any arranged experience, except where caused by the service provider's own negligence or wilful misconduct
• The service provider is not responsible for the consequences of any client's own actions, decisions, or conduct before, during, or after an arrangement
• The service provider does not guarantee any particular outcome from any arrangement; all experiences are by their nature personal and subjective
• The total liability of the service provider, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the fee paid by the client for the specific arrangement in question

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, design, branding, and copy — is the intellectual property of Mr. Gentleman Santorini and is protected under Greek copyright law (Law 2121/1993) and international copyright conventions.
